Please review the following Steps to open an account with Contacts Live:

Step #1
You must register.  If you haven't done so already, <Click here to register>.

Step #2
Order your services. <Click here> to choose your pricing plan and order the service you want.

Note: If you have any pricing/discount questions, don't let that stop you. Just <Click here> to fill out an online credit card authorization form to complete the process. Include any notes or questions, and we will contact you and manually process your order.

Step #3 (Optional)
Let us set everything up for you!  <Click here>

Step #4 (Optional - for SiteBuilder customers only)
<Click here> to sign-up for SiteBuilder.


Once you have completed the above steps,  your account will be activated within 1 business day.
You will then be able to login with your registered login name & password.

Fill out the Contacts Live Credit Card Authorization Form.

Or if you prefer, you can download the form manually, fill it out completely, sign and date and fax in to 714-453-9949.

Step #3 (Optional - for SiteBuilder customers only)
Email us your new desired domain name (ex. johndoe.contactslive.net or johndoe.com):

Once you have completed both Step #1 and Step #2,  your account will be activated within 1 business day.
You will then be able to login with your registered login name & password.

Step #1
You must read, understand and agree to the End User License Agreement (http://www.contactslive.net/about/Pages/EndUserLicenseAgreement.aspx)

Step #2
You must read, understand and agree to our NO SPAM Policy (http://www.contactslive.net/Pages/WhatisSpam.aspx)

Step #3
To get the most value from your Contacts Live subscription, we strongly recommend reading, understanding and agreeing to the following material:

  • Contacts Live has a no tolerance spam policy. Contacts Live customer support actively monitors large import lists and emails going to a large number of contacts. Any customer found to be using Contacts Live for spam will be immediately cut-off from use of the product. If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately at abuse@contactslive.net.
  • I will not be sending SPAM email campaigns to purchased lists.
  • I understand I could jeopardize the integrity of my personal email account by sending unsolicited email.
  • All outgoing email recipients have "opted in" to receive my emails.
  • All outgoing email will have an unsubscribe function.  <Click here for more info>

Step #5
Print out the Contacts Live credit card authorization form, fill it out completely, sign and date and fax in to 714-453-9949. <Click here to download the form>.

Step #6 (Optional - for SiteBuilder customers only)
Enter your new desired domain name (ex. johndoe.contactslive.net or johndoe.com):

Print out this page, sign the bottom and date and fax to 714-453-9949.  You are agreeing to all the aforementioned terms and service.

Contact Customer Service at 866-377-4599 to get your account turned on.  Once you are activated, you will be able to login with your registered login name & password.
