Publishing a photo slideshow on your website or blog

Contacts Live Slideshow widget allows you to embed a window into a page on your website or blog, and to display in this window a slideshow of selected photos or an entire album from your Contacts Live Photos account.

Below is a sample of a real widget that extracts photos from our demo account. Drag your mouse on the image to pop up a control panel with Play/Pause, Prev and Next buttons. You can also click on a photo to enlarge slideshow in a new window which may be expanded to fill the whole screen.

Below is HTLM code of this sample widget. You can copy and paste this code somewhere on your webpage, and it will work exactly the same way as shown above.

How it works:

All images are actually located in your Contacts Live Photos account. You can upload and organize them using familiar Contacts Live Photos features. If you want to publish some photos or an entire album on an external webpage available for other people, simply select these photos or album, click "Create a Widget" button, and then copy and paste a piece of HTML code on your external webpage; e.g. on a page on your corporate website or in your blog.

You can change multiple settings of your widget to best suit the website where you wish to embed it; e.g. Size (Width and Height), Background Color, enable/disable Auto-Play on Start option and navigation buttons etc. You can even enable Add/Delete buttons in your widget which allow adding/deleting images directly from your widget without logging in your Contacts Live Photos account.

Embedding widgets into your website or blog

Use the Contacts Live Slideshow widget to present a pictorial product catalog easily to customers, or simply share your favorite collection of pictures on your website.

Sample 1: Small auto-playing thumbnails in a sidebar of your website. Navigation buttons are disabled. Clicking on image pops up a new window with enlarged slideshow.

Sample 2: A still image in your blog post. Just drag mouse on it to display navigation buttons or click it to open slideshow in new window.
