Selecting Image Viewing Size
Depending on the size of your original image Contacts Live Photos lets
you view your images in following sizes: thumbnail (96 x 96
pixels), small (256 x 256 pixels), medium
(512 x 512 pixels), and large (1024 x 1024 pixels). In case
image sides are not equal, the larger side will be scaled down to the
corresponding size, and the shorter side — accordingly (except for
thumbnail, which is always shown as 96 x 96).
For example, if you have uploaded an image of size 2592 x 1944 pixels, it
will be scaled as the following:
- small — 256 x 192 pixels
- medium — 512 x 384 pixels
- large — 1024 x 768 pixels
Note: Every uploaded image will be scaled down to the
smaller sizes only; i.e. if the size of an uploaded image is 800 x 600
pixels, it will be displayed in thumbnail, small and medium sizes only,
but not large.
