On this Screen Shot we have created a sample "LOAN PROCESSING FILE"  In the folders section under available folders we have created several sample folders and named them:

   
Next,  we highlighted Joe Smith.    To the right you see the name of the folder and all the documents we uploaded to folder to share.  In this example, you are looking at paperwork to take a listing.

Now you can do the following:

1.  Create a Link and send the loan documents to your buyer for signature and/or review.
2.  Create a Link and send file to your loan processor to work the file with full rights to edit and make changes.
