In this example, we have created four (4) folders which represent (4) properties.  Within each folder are the documents relating to that property.  See Transaction Documents below.

On this Screen Shot we have created a sample "TRANSACTION COORDINATION FILE".  In the folders section under available folders we have created several sample folders and named them:

- Available Folders
    - Demo
          Business Sample
          Files at a Glance
          Personal Sample
    - Transaction Documents  (below are sample listing folders containing documents/forms you want to share)
          1234 Sample Street
          777 Golden Street
          843 Wall Street
          90210 Beverly Hills
   
Next,  we highlighted 1234 Sample Street.    To the right you see the name of the folder and all the documents we uploaded to folder to share.  In this example, you are looking at paperwork to take a listing.

Now you can do the following:

1.  Create a Link and send the documents to your seller for signature. 
2.  Create a Link and send the documents to the selling agent for review and/or signature.
3.  Create a Link and let your seller view the transaction.
4.  Create a Link and let your transaction coordinator work the file with full rights to edit and make changes.
