Due to modern Spam Laws, Contacts Live requires all emails to include an unsubscribe link in each email.  This protects both you and us!  (Click here for more info about Spam Laws)

We've made it easy for you! All you have to do is copy&paste our standard Unsubscribe Template into your email message. To get to the template, select Message -> Compose From Template.  It will always be the first template listed.

When a person click on the Manage or Unsubscribe links, they are presented with a page that allows them to update their profile, and/or unsubscribe from your mailing lists (which are the exact same lists in your Contacts module that you sent your email from).  The only way to get them back on your mailing list is to manually re-add them to your Contacts List.

By the way, this is also how you can use a common signature template you created to include at the bottom of your emails!
